"I have 6 pets—each with their own personality and needs. The three dogs include a fearful dog, a deaf senior, and a recent rescue who is not fully house-trained. They aren’t the easiest crew and, understandably, this has proven to be too much for most pet sitters to manage—but not Laura. She attunes to each pet and adapts her approach. She is very gentle with my fearful dog, slow and patient with the senior dog, and showers the clingy cat with affection. Everyone gets the kind of attention they are craving. Laura also has excellent discretion, keeping an eye out for potential hazards, e.g. removing shredded toys that pose an ingestion risk, taking off collars when the dogs wrestle, etc. I worry about my pets when I travel, and when Laura watches them, I have peace of mind. She’s great about sending updates, and when she talks about my pets, I can tell she really knows them, gets them, and cares about them with her whole heart. I feel so lucky that Laura is in our lives. "
